Our company was challenged by the city
They claimed we did not have the right to operate our business at the location as we were not zoned to do so
The bylaw officers were very forceful and intimidating
This was a very stressful time for us
We tried everything for a compromise
Unfortunately the town solicitor at the time , would not budge
We engaged the services of Virginia and the matter eventually went to court
The judge ruled in our favour
We were awarded far more than we originally asked for
My only regret was not engaging her services sooner
She was very professional and knowledgeable
I’ve recommended her to my associates and they all say the same thing
