We were first time home buyers and we’re thankful that we met Steven. We were just shopping around and viewing open houses when we chanced upon this property (where we’re living now) and Steven was the agent representing the seller. Since we didn’t have an agent he represented us as well. He was very professional in the way he handled things, and we did not in any point in time felt that we were shortchanged because he was first and foremost the seller’s agent. It was such a pleasant experience having him and will definitely go to him for future purchases.

My mom recently made an offer on a condo and Steven was able to negotiate for her and successfully get her the unit within my mom’s budget. Most importantly, he was able to get an agreement before this unit had its open house.
