Vanessa Le

 We had an absolutely amazing experience in Hotel Le Vanessa! From the check-in, to customer service and support with transportation and restaurant recommendations to the check-out. We found the rooms very pleasant and comfy with everything you need, including a beautiful balcony view of the mountains. The staff was extremely friendly and ready to help at any time. All in all, a perfect hotel experience. Plus, great price-quality ratio (for Swiss standards).

 The hotel was responsive to my emails, as we were traveling from the US, and did not correspond via phone. The rooms were comfortable, and the mountain view was lovely. We were celebrating my husband's 60th birthday, but no mention was made by the hotel staff even though I had notified them prior. GIven that there are specific logistics arriving and departing Verbier, I thought the hotel could have done a better job of communicating those so we could have prevented getting stuck waiting in a snowstorm with our luggage on the way in. The hotel also dropped us at the wrong place to get the bus back to Le Chable to catch our train. A stranger on the street saw us waiting and let us know where to get the bus, otherwise we would have missed our train. Loved the shuttle service to the lifts in the morning, the staff was friendly and helpful. We thought the bar could have had better offerings and a better atmosphere. The lights were super bright and positioned in a way that they glared in your eyes at the bar and at the bar tables, it actually prevented us from enjoyed a drink there more often. The jacuzzi was not hot, but warm.

 There are Hotels, and there are few, that manage to be both welcoming and attentive authentically. It was a real pleasure. From the room to the breakfast and everything in between. Bravo!

 Lovely stay, friendliness and helpfulness of staff amazing. Will be back.
