Vin has assisted clients with contractual disputes, builders’ liens, debt collections, professional negligence claims and construction litigation in general. His approach to assisting clients begins with effective communication and gaining a full understanding of the legal issues involved. Clients appreciate the practical and cost effective solutions that Vin provides in a timely manner.Before joining the firm, Vin practiced with a small law firm in Surrey. There, Vin gained experienced in the areas of criminal, family and immigration law. Vin has represented clients before the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia as well as advocating for clients before the Immigration Appeal Tribunal and the Civil Resolution Tribunal Vin is fluent in Punjabi and maintains strong ties to the South Asian community. |
