Vishal Chotai

Currently, Vishal is practicing law in GTA and has diversified his expertise in various areas of law like Business Law, Family Law, Immigration Law, Litigation, Real Estate, Wills & Estate planning.

Vishal assisted clients in resolving disputes over general Civil issues and litigation in other areas of law like land acquisitions, employment law, contracts, family law, consumer protection law and more. He represented clients in actions before various level of courts, administrative tribunals / boards and in mediations and arbitrations. He also assisted corporate clients by negotiating and drafting property lease agreements and sale deeds.

Vishal has worked as a legal intern with RBC Law Group – supporting the Corporate Services and Public Company Group where he was awarded for his outstanding performance during his tenure.
