| Description | Business law matters, including the formation of new enterprises, purchase and sale of businesses, corporate reorganization and financing are the core of Wayne’s practice. Business owners also rely on his expertise in estate planning and tax matters to properly structure their business holdings and personal affairs. As well, he regularly deals with a full range of real estate matters, including commercial and residential transactions, builders’ liens and subdivision development, and acts for both owners and institutional lenders in connection with commercial financings.
Wayne has practiced with the firm since his call to the Bar in 1987, and has been a Partner since 1993. He attended Mount Allison University and earned his Law degree at Dalhousie Law School. |
