In China, Ying Fu has been working for more than 27 years as a legal consultant to government departments and ministerial offices, universities, large state-owned companies and private enterprises, publishing groups and other key actors of the Chinese economy. In recent years she has made scholarly and other contributions that have influenced the development of the rule of law in China. Ying Fu is the author of 22 law books in the Sunflower Legal Series that are the base of teaching Chinese laws in Chinese universities and a reference to all practicing lawyers and for the judges. She is also the founder of Sunflower Law Net, a big Chinese on-line legal forum that is followed by most persons in China involved in the legal sector. Ying Fu has contributed from 2003 to a weekly column for the People’s Court Daily and the Procuratorial Daily Newspaper, two well-known legal journals in China. Ying Fu is also one of the founders of one of the biggest Chinese law firms, and subsequently the Global Partner and Director of the North American Affairs Center of Jingsh Law Firm, China’s largest law firm. In that context she has created Jingsh-Fu Legal Group Canada for development of legal and professional infrastructure of business people from China or north American business seeking to invest in China. Ying Fu is also the Deputy Secretary General of the Beihai Court of International Arbitration as well a Director and the General Counsel of the Technology Innovation Consortium for the Belt and Road Initiative (TICBRI). TICBRI is a non-governmental, non-profit international organization that has been initiated by outstanding Chinese science and technology organizations, institutions and individuals. It is a bridge that connects scientists from BRI participating countries.Ying Fu is presently considered the most preeminent lawyer in China by her activities in teaching, legal books, TV appearance and involvement with 2 of the biggest Chinese law firms. She is often pleading as a lawyer important matters to the legal community and the clients of her firms to  court as an authority on such matters.In that context, Ying Fu is traveling often and have to be in China to manage her offices and businesses and all over North American to foster business development.
