Great Experience with Epstein's mediation and Arbitration. After almost 4 Years of litigation in Newmarket court house and countless motions, we were recommended to try and settle our case with MR EPSTEIN and were told that he was the best. MR Epstein was able to come with a fair resolution with both Child focused access and Finances. His tactics might seem a little rough around the edges but hes definitely a straight shooter. MY X and I both Agreed that MR Epstein would hold jurisdiction over our daughter and any disputes that we had he would resolve, This was the best decision of my life. This is a perfect solution if you want to step away for the Courts and kind of have your own fair judge. The cost might seem expensive at first, but its actually a fraction of what you would be paying in a court room. I wish i would have found out about this service sooner as i would have saved hundreds of thousands of dollars and my X wife would not have had to give 85% of her settlement to her Lawyer.
