I have been dealing with Don's office since I moved to the province 20 years ago. They are all very pleasant, professional and efficient. I never leave there without a smile on my face!
I've been going to Don since the late 70's through my fathers associations. Don is comical in a sense, direct and to the point. He can be arrogant and ignorant at times. Very outspoken. Very interested in his clients. Glad to see he is still practising past the point of retirement. The office is very slow in getting back to you when you have to get things done regarding a will etc. Many times I end up having to phone them.
