i purchase all my supplies, belts, and more from here. if i bring in a belt and can not match it to any tractor, they take the time to find what it is off of and find me the belt needed. no matter what it is they handle it professionally, kindly, and fast. always need a good company that is honest. I recommend this company to everyone!
Took my brand new tractor out for the first time last night. Unfortunately midway into my project it let me down. The accessory belt let go and I was dead in the water. I sent an email around 8:00PM to the team at Perry Power and to my surprise I got a response a few moments later. He explained how sorry he was and that he would send a tech out to the house in the morning. I left for work the next day and got an update from Gerald. They located the root cause of the belt failure corrected it and replaced the belt. I am so pleased with the customer service from Perry Power from sale to service it has been truly exceptional. I will be a life long customer!
I've used Perry Power to get service parts for my Kioti CK2510. Not only are they pleasant but the parts were reasonably priced IMO.
I also bought my Hustler Zero Turn mower there. Nice machine at a good price and they were accommodating about shopping and test driving.
And I recently had my Tractor/Loader/Backhoe in for a checkup and repair. It had some issues and they listened, evaluated the problems and gave me a diagnosis and rough estimate. I'm happy that they fixed what needed it, kept costs down and hit the estimate.
Great service after a sale and great people to deal with. Repair service is top notch.
I've purchased a generator and a lawn sprayer from these fine folks. Highly recommended.
