When the purchase of our first home went sideways due to bank foreclosure on the property we were trying to buy this law firm helped us through some confusing and difficult times. Other lawyers and real estate agents gave us poor advice, and luckily we found Ron Hawkshaw and his associates. He was able to explain our rights and weigh our options with our best interests at heart. In the end he saved us from what could have been a complete financial disaster right when we were getting started. Thank you!
For the past 16 months we have had the privilege of being represented by Mr. Joseph Carpio of the firm Polak McKay & Hackshaw, dealing with the estate of my late brother. My brother had been very sick and Joseph came to the hospital to help him draft his will. He was kind and patient with my brother and showed compassion to me and my family. After David passed, we had Joseph handle the estate as well as the sale of his home. He continues to represent us as we put the finishing touches on the estate. Joseph is a true gentleman, honest and kind and very quick to respond to our needs.
