OK experience. Paid a retainer for surrogacy agreement. Due to the simplicity of our agreement, they actually were able to fulfill the requests and rather than billing us more, they refunded us almost $1,000 for unused retainer which was nice. I do recommend this team and their administrator Joan.

That being said, I feel the birth registration should be included in the fee but they separated it and wanted to charge $1,200 more for a simple declaration completion.
Lipton is the best, knowledgeable and knows what he is doing.
