I don’t live in Edmonton and only spend the weekends in the city, so I opted for private B3 lessons. Chad has been very flexible with the scheduling and private lessons are a really great way to learn. You will get the instructor’s undivided attention for the entire session and the material covered can be tailored to your specific needs (Law enforcement, Security, Self defense). Combined with some solo training and seminars, it can be an excellent option for long distance students or people with irregular schedules. Overall, good return on your investment.

Very knowledgeable instructor who teaches what works for law enforcement and multiple attacker defence. Focusing on what works in the real world. Safe for beginners learning how to protect themselves. Small and friendly class size ensures that you understand the principles and can train safely without getting overwhelmed with too much information. Training can be for everyone regardless of their physical abilities, athleticism or gender.

I’ve personally worked with the owner and attended training. I can say from real life experience that the system taught actually works and it’s taught from someone with the actual experience and in a truly professional and easy way to learn. I highly recommend everyone to try it out, no more making excuses and train for self development, physical well being and confidence to make it home safely. 5 stars are well deserved and if you don’t believe me then go check it out yourself, you won’t regret it. ????

Great for both the beginner and experienced and to stay or get back into shape. I'd recommend ASDA for the beginner as there are no fancy moves that take years to master, your taught a few basic strikes, punches, kicks and blocks that can be adopted to any attack on your person and against multiple attackers. I'd recommend ASDA to the more experienced because no one knows everything there's always something new to learn .
