Representing employers, employees and professionals, I provide assistance respecting all aspects of the employment relationship, from pre-employment to post-employment matters.

Services include: drafting, review and negotiation of employment contracts; providing advice regarding changes to the employment relationship such as constructive dismissal and termination; and, review and negotiation of termination packages. I also provide advice respecting human rights, duty to accommodate in the workplace, professional college discipline matters, privacy in the workplace, and best practices for workplace leadership, including workplace policy and program development and employee engagement.

In addition to being an experienced negotiator, adviser and coach, I provide mediation services to assist in the timely and positive resolution of workplace issues. I also provide neutral, third-party investigation services respecting alleged workplace conduct, including harassment and employee misconduct.
