I needed help with some legal information and as to the direction I needed to go in for family court. I talked their ear off about the entire situation and just how lost I was. The gentleman i was speaking with was awesome. He admitted he was new and would like to meet with his seniors before giving me advice. I figured it would be a few days to call me back. However before the end of the day he gave me a call back with the legal steps I needed to take. Very courteous and polite.
