Brian and the team were fantastic to deal with. The lender made errors on the documents and things needed to be redone the day before closing. The vendor of a property I was interested in purchasing was insistent on not using a real estate agent for the transaction. I was a bit apprehensive but after a brief discussion with Brian P.
