 We've worked with Tannis for sale of our house in Toronto. Which we sold remotely. Complications arise when you're trying to do things remotely - and I can't thank her and her staff enough for all their patience with everything. Not only did we sell it remotely, we sold it without an agent and from across a border! You can imagine how complicated that can be. It took about 6 months and over 100 emails back and forth to get our money - sale, followed by CRA withholding for non-residents. For such a drawn out process including power of attorneys and what not - I was pleasantly surprised by her final fees. I highly recommend Tannis. You can't find a better real estate lawyer.
