Tried calling in for the Family court today at 2:30PM, managed to decipher the index [I needed to push 1, 1 (courts admins), 2 (family courts,) 3 (family courts admin)] they are using to direct your call and I was in the proper queue I let it ring for 7 minutes then i heard someone pick up and immediately hang up on me. :-(
Second time was a charm and someone picked up and within 3 mins handled my questions. I updated the rating accordingly.
