Real nice people here. The rep here are well trained.
Very long wait times to talk to anybody over the phone and when you do end up speaking to an agent it's very frustrating as theirs lots of background noise from I'm assuming there office.
Last call I had was to cancel an insurance policy the gentlemen over the phone was very rude. Maybe he had a bad day or frustrated I cancelled.
The good, the agents are knowledgeable and usually answer your questions pretty much immediately.
