 I have to say that Canadian Tire Financial Services is a really great company for their World Elite Card. The gas card is a good card as well, but so many more perks on the Elite. Your toll free customer service agents are some of the best in the industry and it reflects that you care about your employees! I have been a member since 2008 and do NOT see me going anywhere anytime soon. You have demonstrated you value me as a client, have done an excellent job at retaining me as a cardholder. Credit limits are good (wish they could go a little higher) but I'm at the cap so I personally cant complain. If I may make a few suggestions, #1 I would love to see a metal card for the world elite (it would look soooo sharp) I have the Amex Platinum and love the card for its distinguished look and feel along with its symbolization. #2 I would love to see your payments online go even quicker. An example of this is with Amex. If I do a payment with online banking the payment is reflected in my account the very next day. If you pay from Amexs platform its on right away towards available credit which they still take from your bank account but a really convenient thing to have. #3 Would be really nice to be able to earn statement credits as alot of other credit cards offer now, instead of just being tied down to the Canadian Tire stores to spend the points. Its great to earn the CT money but would be really nice to have additional options as well. (Very smart on your part though to keep the money in store) Aside from that you're awesome. Thanks!!!

 I had the pleasure of dealing with Donley. I was amazed at the exceptional customer service. As a business owner we need all the help we can get. Canadian Tire, you made a heck of a great decision to hire an employee of this caliber.
