Anthony is a Liveryman with the Worshipful Companyof Arbitrators of London, U.K., a member of the Society of ConstructionArbitrators of the U.K, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.He has provided training and consultation services to faculties of law in HongKong, Australia and England; to Ministries of the Attorney General in BritishColumbia, Ontario, and the Canadian Federal government, and to the Directors ofPublic Prosecutions in St. Lucia and Bermuda. He has also consulted to the Constitutional and Legal Policy Institute in Budapest, Hungary, the Open Society Institute in Sofia, Bulgaria and to the faculty of the Inns of Court School of Law in London. His most recent consultations were to police investigators in Dubai and to the Corruption Prevention Bureau of China. |
