Mr. Oyenubi and Mr. Dent were extremely professional and prompt in handling two recent real estate transactions, one of which involved buying out a difficult lender. They proceeded in a manner that was by far more professional and efficient than my previous lawyer, where there was a lot of confusion and I ended up paying for the lender's legal fees. Their fees are beyond reasonable for the services and savings they provide. They give excellent advice and are highly responsive to any concerns and questions you may have. I knew Mr Oyenubi for years. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He is different from some other lawyers as once he knows you, he will treat you as a friend and will give you advice that may lose his business. He would try to save the clients’ money by telling them another alternative way first but not opening a file for you immediately . He is easy to reach in person unlike some of the lawyers. He respects his job and works with a heart.
