Alan was amazing. He listened and cared. He looked after everything and worked hard to make sure i was not pushed around by the huge insurance company. He was always one step ahead. If it wasnt for Alan no one would have known about the injuries i suffered from or that the person at fault was not truthful. More importantly i recieved the medical care i desperately needed.
