 Over the top service, professionalism & kindness! While travelling from Calgary to Cape Breton for a wedding recently ... I required a Notary to sign documents as my wife and I are were purchasing an investment property in Victoria, BC. (Of course, the documents were sent to us late ... as often this happens with the annoying banks.) . While flying through Toronto I searched Sydney Lawyers ... and was lucky to find Sampson McPhee. Para Legal Lisa Polegatto was simply amazing - working with speed and accuracy. Lawyer Liam Gillis met us and walked us through the closing documents ensuring everything was accurately completed so our Victoria investment home closing would not be held up any further. We landed by plane in Sydney shortly after 1pm ... and Liam and Lisa assisted us in getting our BC investment property closed by 3:30pm! Now only if I could get Lisa and Liam to move to Calgary ... I could recommend all my real estate clients use them!
