She explained the entire process to us and set our expectations with respect to what expect on and before our closing date. This was very helpful as the entire home buying process can be pretty stressful. On the day before closing, she sat down with us and went through all the documents we had to sign and explained each and every single one of them in detail. She answered all of our questions clearly. On the closing day, everything went smoothly and there were no issues. AMK's office staff is also friendly and responsive. I was able to call and speak to a person every single time and any time they said they would call back, they did exactly when they said they would. On top of the great service, their rates are also very good which is nice.
