LOOOOOL at all the people complaining about MOL not doing anything for them.
First off... Read the laws. There are a lot of cases were MOL doesn't apply if a company is under a certain # of employees. Companies/ Small contractors will use this trick to do whatever they want with the staff at their disposal.
Lot of people need to wake up and realize systems aren't set up for regular people, they are created to benefit the guys making money on top.
Life's not fair, get over it and learn it sooner than later, you'll be better off.
