 I have used Sam's services for two home purchase transactions. The first transaction was my first home. There were several delays on the sellers end spanning months, and Sam (and his assistant Deborah) was there for me every step of the way. I was new to this and required so much attention and it didn't phase these two professionals one bit! On my second transaction, the choice for a lawyer was obvious - Sam. Sam is friendly, yet to the point - refreshing in a world of fluff. Our encounters lasted no time at all, and he is sure to detail every important point without adding unnecessary chatter.
