My partner and I had to deal with a new-property agreement that we signed before seeing our lawyer here, which was weighted heavily against us and which we were later told was unfair and inequitable in core ways, and different from many other such agreements as such. He (Michael Wong) was phenomenal in getting this sorted out and us completely out of the red, after dealing with an incredibly difficult and well-resourced legal team on the side of the housing company. Michael is the best in his profession and is kind, warm, communicative and supportive with his clients. We won't see anyone else going forward.
Doug Smyth helped us with new contracts for our business. The process from start to finish was efficient and professional.
He did a lot more than just draft contracts. Doug and his team reviewed our old contracts, got to understand our business and made recommendations that have had a very positive impact on our business.
