 We have used Chinneck law 11 times now buying and selling our rental properties and using them for our wills as well. Their customer service is by far the best I've ever dealt with and its why we keep going back! Vicki the real estate lawyer there goes above and beyond EVERY SINGLE time! Customer service like hers is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend using Chinneck law - specifically Vicki if you are buying or selling your home!

 Used them recently for 2 transaction (buy and selling houses), so I can only comment on the experience I had with their residential real estate lawyer. They've been on top of everything and made my part of the transition super easy. Very quick and prompt responses from the assistants and clerks to the lawyers. I only dealt with ~3 people but they've all been very professional. To boot their law office is pretty dope. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.
