Was expecting a nightmare but everything went very smoothly instead :). In and out within 20 mins to get my paperwork in for renewing my passport. Staff was super friendly and answered all my questions. Thanks for the pleasant experience!
Despite the 1 hour wait time, I had a very positive experience throughout the passport application process. The front staffs and officers are polite, professional, and super efficient. Highly recommend this location for the passport services.
Arrived here 20 minutes before it opened. The security guards were very friendly and made sure that everyone would get served quickly. Staff were very professional and made sure everything was correct on my application. After the office opened, I only had to wait 5 minutes before I was served. Long gone are the days of waiting 3.5 hours at the passport office.
Great place to come and have your passport renewed! I was in and out in 45 minutes. I arrived at 9:45am on a Tuesday, and was out by 10:30am. Brought all the documents I needed and pre-filled them out to save time at the counter.
Very efficient and fast service. It took 35 minutes to submit my application. As I needed my passport in 3 working days, I gladly paid the extra $50. Tip: make sure you have all your papers in order. Read and re-read the instructions as they will reject your application if information or documents are missing or incomplete.
