We were very satisfied about the products we purchased from this location. It was actually our first time there and we are planning to do more business with them in the future.
Quality was great and they have lots of promotions and discounts too.
Store has been around since at least the early 80’s and I’ve always enjoyed coming here. Store is modern with a very nice show room and helpful staff. The furniture is very nice and there are some quality pieces to be found. Great selection of appliances as well as other furnishings like paintings and area rugs. It’s worth coming just to look around if you need something for your home.
John was very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with my 7 year to find a new mattress that fit our criteria as well as our son's comfort. He was able to recommend one that gave the support that we wanted within our budget but the softness and comforts that our son wanted. He was also quick to find a delivery date that worked for us with our hectic schedule.
Amazing customer service experience from a gentleman who helped me change my order today over the phone. Didn't catch his name but was super helpful. Much much better service than Ikea! I will def. be purchasing from Leon's hereafter.
Our last experience at Leon's Furniture store at the Scarborough location was great. The layout of the store was organized and easy to navigate through. With the help of one of the associates, Ali, we were able to find a microwave of our liking. He had a great amount of product knowledge and was well informed about certain store policies. We appreciate his assistance as we found what we were looking for very easily in a timely manner. His friendly nature definitely enhanced our shopping experience !
