Friendly and accommodating front desk personnel. The lawyer we met with was attentive and very reassuring that he could handle our matter where others could not or would not. Parking was in a private lot behind their offices and is always hard to find a parking spot. Suggest underground parking across the street at Jackson Square.
It was pretty smooth and easy going process, I also brought a gift from Thailand for Carol just to make them believe that not everyone is just a client but some could be friends. Thank you for leaving the keys ready for pick up too.
