 I had what I felt was a fairly complex real estate title issue, and Kenneth and Melissa handled it with extreme efficiency. Their communication was thorough, timely and made the entire process seem less daunting and actually manageable. I had one occasion where I needed to speak with Kenneth right away (was at the notary for signature and needed clarification on a form), and I was so relieved when he answered his extension.
