| Description | Born and raised in Winnipeg, Kenny was called to the bar in 2012 and joined Habing Laviolette in July of 2015. Before joining Habing Laviolette, Kenny decided to try something completely different and worked as a general solicitor in the Pembina Valley while living in Carman, Manitoba. However, unable to resist the siren call of Winnipeg, he found himself drawn to our prairie metropolis once again, settling in the St. James area.
Here at Habing Laviolette, Kenny focuses on Estate Planning (including Wills, Powers of Attorneys and Health Care Directives or “Living Wills”), Probate and Estate Management, Real Estate including Residential and Farm Land Transactions, refinancing and mortgages.
