I have changed my review as I have had my issue resolved and found that they have made an effort to fix the situation. I shop with many of the stores they own religiously and have only had that one issue which was resolved
Beware before placing an order for pickup at an Urban Planet or any other store affiliated. Logistics and online ordering process is horrible. Took a week for my order to arrive for pickup at one of their biggest GTA locations. I could have ordered it directly to my home faster. Lesson learned, wont bother doing that again, complete waste. Otherwise, my daughter loves their onesies! Adorable ????????
