 This is an absolutely amazing service. The individuals who answer calls and emails are very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. They even have a live chat option! Although they cannot offer advice they do have a very useful referral service. Although, both times I have used the service I went in thinking I would need to see a lawyer and the people were so helpful that I left the conversation with other alternatives that I did not know even existed. Highly recommend !

 My 4 star rating is NOT based on my call today, please see below. This information line can be extremely helpful. Although not able to offer advice, it can be very helpful as an aid to understanding how the system works allowing a person to be better prepared for legal matters... IF you get the right person. Unfortunately not all those that answer the phone are helpful, but please try back and give them another chance... not all of those that answer the phone interrupt you constantly, insist on talking all over you and treat you with disrespect, assuming they "know where you are going with this". That person should not be answering their phones and hopefully will be dealt with, but the others are pleasant to deal with. If my rating was based on today's call it would have been less than one star, but overall this line has been useful over the years for issues involving family law and a couple other civil proceedings.
