| Description | Following his articles, Mark carried on a general corporate commercial practice as an associate at McDougall Gauley LLP for several years before transitioning to work as in-house counsel at the City of Regina for six years. While working as in-house counsel, Mark provided legal support for some of the City’s most complex infrastructure projects, land development, information technology services, procurement and construction works. Since the establishment of the Regina Revitalization Initiative in 2011, Mark was lead counsel of the City’s Stadium Project and provided legal support on the City’s wastewater treatment plant P3 project. Mark maintains a general corporate commercial practice with an emphasis on land development, secured transactions and procurement advising. |
