I bought and sold a home with Matt and his clerk Kari. In the initial stages, I worked with Kari and she was wonderful to talk to, always a cheery voice on the phone. She was able to answer all of my questions and responded quickly to queries. It was a relief knowing I had someone to talk me through the process. Closer to the end, I met with Matt to sign paperwork. He was professional and catered to terms I understood. He's made himself available to answer questions and I felt well looked after during this stressful process.
