| Profile | Michael practises mainly in the area of insurance defence litigation with particular emphasis on long term disability, personal injury, property/casualty and general liability claims. Michael has appeared on behalf of clients at all levels of Ontario Courts including the Ontario Court of Appeal. He is a member of the Insurance and Civil Litigation sections of the Canadian Bar Association – Ontario Branch, the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association, the Advocates’ Society and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America – Defence Section. Michael has also completed the Arbitration Course, Part II, with the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario. |
