Well happy people all the time take great care of the children.
What can I say, you don’t go there unless you have to. And I had to ????.
Life through curve balls all the time and you have to be able to “manage” them. Not eliminate them.
As with all emotions we possess within us. You can’t eliminate any of them EVER. Just be able to learn how to manage them at all circumstances. And it’s okay if you slip up. Just get back up again, dust yourself and try again. Remember, you are just competing with your yesterday’s self, and no one else. No one.
