 I had a great experience with Brian (my sales consultant) with getting my new vehicle this month. His manager was also very friendly and helpful as well. Brian is very honest - he gives you very good feedback and insight and doesn't try to sugarcoat things for the sake of a sale, which allowed me to purchase the right vehicle for me. I felt very comfortable with the purchase as result of Brian explanations and answers to my questions. He was also super easy to reach - I was able to text him or call him if i had any issues throughout the whole process. I was able to get a great deal on the car and they fixed up any issue or concerns I had. Brian was very helpful, insightful and wasn't pushy with the sale. Another reason why I approached this dealership is because my Dad purchased his pre-owned vehicle from them last year and was really impressed by their customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership if anyone is looking to get a Ford vehicle. My dad also had no issues with his vehicle and enjoys his vehicle very much. When he brought his vehicle in for regular maintenance and services he is very pleased with their services, and he has said that when it's time to trade in his SUV he is planning to contact Brian in the future. Overall, my family and I have had great experiences with this dealership so far and would definitely recommend our friends and family to go to this dealership!

 Excellent car dealership. I have purchased two cars from here and several of my family members have purchased multiple on their own from Eastgate Ford as well. Always a pleasure dealing with the sales person(s) and mechanics here. Excellent service, excellent prices, excellent automobiles. Definitely check them out if you're in the marked for a Ford!

 We couldn't be happier with our purchase of our Ford Escape! Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole experience and gave us excellent service from start to finish! I had the misfortune of driving away with the Escape and flattening my tire on metal debris left on the road before I had even drove a mile. As soon as Brian found out (just before close on a Friday), he was personally there with a mechanic, changed my tire, and had my car ready again by the following workday...he's truly committed to his customers!
