I've approached Ragi to apply for my bridging my open work permit and submitting my application for PR. I was on the edge when I approached Ragi and I honestly thought I won't make it. But Ragi was very supportive and helped me with the process and made it a hassle free one. One thing I really really like about Ragi is that she double checks everything before she submit the applications and will always tell you about the possible outcomes which could be either positive or negative.
