Bill LeClair was a delight to meet with. He's knowledgeable, eloquent and has a good sense of humor. Setting up an appointment was simple and straightforward. Jody is an excellent support staff, she's very prompt with her emails and returning of calls.
I recently purchased a home and he made the generally painful process of the paperwork associated with home purchases - painless. He was detailed and informative, and patient with my general lack of knowledge even though I'm sure he's had to explain some things a thousand times.
As a bouns they had some excellent painted art work hanging on the walls within the waiting and meeting areas.
