I would highly recommend Lindsay Ewens-Jones and her team. Lindsay is very knowledgeable and is able to communicate clearly the pros and cons of each available option. She responds quickly when situations arise and seeks the best possible resolution. Lindsay genuinely cares about her clients.
Unfortunately, due to an extremely long divorce process, I had the opportunity to work with a number of the lawyers at this firm. Every one of them was exceptional. I felt like my needs were addressed and my expectations were managed well.
This was the second law firm I hired and I can confirm that you get what you pay for. The hourly rates with Jones Divorce Law were higher but there was no dithering. Once we decided on a process the lawyers were quick to complete what needed to be done on my end. I believe that even at the higher hourly rate I saved money over staying with my previous lawyer who had a tendency to draw things out so not much was achieved for my money.
I highly recommend this firm.
Lindsay and her team were extremely professional with my divorce process. They were very fast with responses and knew what they were doing. Since this was my first time hiring a lawyer for personal matters I believe her rates may have been on the higher end, but I suppose you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend Lindsay.
