I was referred to this firm for a real-estate transaction that turned out to be more complex than a typical purchase. Jonathan Savard-Shaw was my primary counsel for the transaction and he was able to guide me and provide timely and important real estate legal advice. He highlighted and clearly articulated several areas of concerns and suggested improvements to contract language which improved clarity and precision of the contract. I would highly recommend his services!
The lawyers were patient, punctual and informative. It was probably the smoothest part of the whole move. Jonathan was our lawyer and his help was very useful for answering any questions we had left.the process of signing the final documents was about an hour with all our questions answered. Other than that the office is beautiful and most importantly, quiet (something I'm looking for during a hectic move).
