Slapped together quickly and sloppy on purpose so they can come back later and fix it. Actually, they hope you don’t notice so they don’t have to fix it. It seems to be norm for most builders. Overall response for repairs is acceptable.
We purchased a home in 2015 in the treetops subdivision and we couldn't ask for anything better.. we are so happy with our house and at the time Louie and Anthony were working there and took great care of us then Ralph started working at this location and took great care of us as well.. He is fantastic at what he does not only has he took great care of us but he also is a man of his words...
Once again Brookfield is so lucky to have these individuals working for them especially Ralph.
