Though I am still waiting on my payout these things take forever, I find that Mark is kind and very understanding, he was completely honest with me on what to expect, I was injured in a restaurant, he laid it flat out he didn’t expect anything from this cause I am already pensioned off and thought the settlement is very small I feel they did the best they could for me. It was never about the money it was the principal of the thing, They take the necessary time, and explain why, it will be three years in august since the accident. I hope at some point the insurance company’s have to become accountable and start to pay out properly and not be allowed to hold on to your money until they feel they should cut a cheque. I highly recommend this firm even when you live in Alberta.
