 Lawyer Rekha Mcnutt in Caron & Partner LLP is absolutely the best lawyer with judicial reviews and other immigration related issues. I got refused on my express entry profile for being waiting for 5 months with unreasonable and unfair reasons. I was very frustrated at the beginning since many other lawyers said I do not need to the judicial review cause I probably will be denied again, and they told me it was pointless. Then I came to Rekha, she gave me hope by saying I did not do anything wrong so that she was able to do a judicial review for me. I decided to ask Rekha for help since I had a very good impression when I called her. After only 1.5 months later, my case got reopened and after that I got passport request.  The lawyer that helped me was Amanpreet Grewal. I am so happy I retained her. First she helped me get a study permit while I was in India.
