John has been great for my son. He has been patient yet challenges my son to do his best. If there is a road block John adapts to help my son in a way he can better understand. There is no doubt about John's knowledge of music both in playing it and teaching it, he is a real pro!
John Dare is much more than just a drum teacher. Students benefit from his exceptionally vast musical experience and knowledge. John has a learner focused approach and is adept at helping his students achieve their potential. When you become a student of John's, you are on your way to becoming a complete musician!
A friend recommended John Dare Studios and I'm so glad she did! Our son started taking lessons in September and he has been learning so much. His band director at school has noticed the growth and is looking forward to watching him develop even more skills. Mr Dare is always patient, pleasant and encouraging. We couldn't ask for a better teacher! At the beginning, he found out what Jack knew and what his learning style is and then worked hard to build a strong foundation. Since then, each week there are new concepts that build upon that foundation. I would 100% recommend John Dare to anyone!
My son has been taking lessons since October and now he loves the drums thanks to John. John is very patient and has been a great teacher for him. My son has improved every month and i am amazed at his progress. I would highly recommend John Dare for a drum teacher for your child!
