Patience is the name of the game. Both Marilyn and Joseph are extremely experienced in handling personal injury cases. We had never been on this journey before, but at each juncture (or perceived crisis) we were always reassured and had our fears alleviated by our representatives. In the end, our claim was resolved to our utmost satisfaction. Rest assured it was painful at times and it took longer than we initially anticipated. However, at no time were we told otherwise.
